Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer/System Administrator to support ArcGIS Enterprise environments and a mission-critical GIS workflow. You will administer ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure, operate in classified/unclassified environments, and implement OS and platform improvements to boost reliability and security.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAT levels, strong Windows and Linux administration, and experience with ArcGIS products.

Qualifications

DoD 8570 IAT Level I required; Level II desired.
Experience with Windows and Linux servers (patching, troubleshooting, security).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems independently.
Experience with renewing and replacing PKI certificates.

Responsibilities

System analysis of current environments and development of improvement plans, including ArcGIS Enterprise deployments.
Production support for mission-critical systems including ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, GeoEvent Server, ArcGIS Data Store.
Troubleshooting and resolving errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing issues and assessing impact.
Manage, evaluate, and install patches on Windows and Linux systems, including Esri software and dependencies.
Perform cloud deployment and management, including hosting and scaling ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
CI/CD management and deployment, including automation of infrastructure and application updates where applicable.
Monitor, assess, and propose performance enhancements for infrastructure and geospatial platforms.
