Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow specific care plans and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Help with routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Assist with medication self-administration.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to meet department needs.
• Follow all relevant regulations and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Competencies

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Satisfactory completion of agency qualifying exam.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Nurturing and compassionate nature with a desire to care for others.
