Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report on tasks completed.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Help with house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Assist with medication self-administration.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations.
• Ensure consistent attendance and flexibility.
• Follow all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Competencies

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete the Agency qualifying exam.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Have a nurturing, compassionate nature and desire to care for others.
