Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a on-site Arcade Technician in East Honolulu, Hawaii to keep all games running smoothly and delight guests. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance, collaborate with the Technical Manager on plans, and manage parts to minimize costs.

The role requires a High School diploma with technical training, at least one year of technical experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games.
• Coordinate with Technical/General Manager to implement maintenance plans.
• Source and track game parts to control costs.
• Notify management of all arcade operational issues promptly.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly, timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and merchandise stocked and functional.
• Follow security procedures for tokens, storage, and assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
