The role involves collaborating with IT, Operations, and Facilities to minimize downtime and support park operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED; technical electronics coursework is a plus, with hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or electronics coursework preferred.
• Experience repairing arcade games, amusement equipment, electronics, or similar electromechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, redemption systems, attractions, and related electronic/electromechanical equipment.
• Respond quickly to technical issues and complete routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders and document repairs, inspections, and maintenance accurately.
• Provide technical support to Operations and other departments; communicate status and updates.
• Follow safety policies and repair procedures; use PPE and proper tools.
