Job Summary

As a Game Technician, you will help ensure every guest has a great experience by keeping our games and attractions operating properly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair arcade games, simulators, and bowling equipment
• Respond to game floor service calls
• Perform preventative maintenance on arcade machines
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of machines during operating hours
• Stock and maintain prize redemption and instant win games
• Complete weekly maintenance and cleaning checklists
• Assist with technician projects assigned by the Technical Manager
• Keep the workshop organized and safe
• Identify potential equipment issues and report them proactively

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are mechanically inclined and enjoy repairing equipment.

Ideal Experience

• Experience with arcade games or amusement equipment
• Electronics repair or troubleshooting skills
• Experience with coin‑operated machines or pinball repair
• Knowledge of electrical components or wiring
• Prior maintenance technician roles

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Entry‑level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
