Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, engaging manner and provide WOW service.
• Ensure games operate smoothly and troubleshoot card/ticket issues; report major problems to management.
• Assist guests with playing and paying for games in a friendly and timely manner.
• Promote the overall experience including bowling, billiards, food and drinks.
• Operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain arcade redemption center inventory.
• Keep the arcade area clean and organized to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
