Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking an Arcade Attendant in Oklahoma City to help create a fun, safe guest experience. You will assist customers, operate the arcade, manage transactions, and keep the facility tidy and organized.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments, explaining promotions, and maintaining game equipment and displays. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a retail or entertainment setting.
• Ability to handle cash, tickets, vouchers, and basic calculator math accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests of all ages.
• Willingness to learn promotions, safety procedures, and store policies.
• Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a helpful, friendly experience.
• Operate POS systems and process payments with accuracy.
• Explain promotions, returns, exchanges, and security procedures.
• Maintain records of daily sales and transactions.
• Monitor arcade floor for safety and address risks as needed.
• Answer questions about games, activities, and merchandise.
• Load tickets and prizes, restock merchandise displays, and assist with inventory.
• Troubleshoot token or ticket jams and assist with light maintenance.
