Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. seeks a Mechanic to oversee, maintain, and repair bowling and arcade machines at our Roseville center. This role supports both Bowling and Amusement Departments, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has experience maintaining mechanical/electronic equipment, works well in a fast-paced arcade setting, and is able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. OSHA safety standards knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Solid communication skills and analytical thinking are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in servicing and maintaining the facility, bowling equipment, and arcade games.
• Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunctions; analyze mechanisms to find root causes.
• Respond to error calls for bowling, arcade, and facility issues.
• Maintain workshop and support communication programs for Bowling and Amusement Departments.
• Follow OSHA safety practices and company policies related to Bowling and Amusement Departments.
• Adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs.
