Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and vouchers.
• Maintain records related to daily sales and transactions.
• Monitor arcade floor for safety concerns and address security risks.
• Answer guest questions about games, activities, and merchandise.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
