Position Overview

As an Arcade Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining game areas, ensuring safety, and supporting a fun environment for guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and provide engaging customer service.

• Maintain redemption inventory and display.
• Perform minor repairs and notify technicians of issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.
• Comfort with bright, flashing lights, and loud sounds.
