Position Summary

The Bar Back assists bartenders by restocking supplies to ensure smooth service during events, while adhering to all policies and procedures regarding alcohol service. The role requires excellent attendance and flexibility to work scheduled events.

Pay rate: $10 to $12 per hour.

Responsibilities
  1. Stock bar supplies including beverages, ice, and utensils.
  2. Ensure equipment is operational and clean before events.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
  4. Recognize and report visibly intoxicated guests.
  5. Uphold health and safety standards.
  6. Maintain excellent attendance.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  2. Effective communication skills.
  3. Valid food handling and alcohol service permits, if required.
  4. Basic math skills for inventory management.
  5. Proficiency in English.
  6. Experience in high-volume bar service preferred.
