California's Great America Arcade is now hiring for the summer! Come join the Venu+ team as the curator of this amazing feature of CA Great America!

What we do:

We are an independent team responsible for all aspects of the arcade rooms at CA Great America.

Duties of an Arcade Attendant include:

• Customer Service and interaction: Helping customers at redemption, buying cards, and ensuring proper gameplay.
• Janitorial: Keeping games clean and inviting for customers.
• Marketing: Ensuring redemption displays are full and attractive, and cranes are properly filled and displayed.
• Behind the Scenes: Minor accounting, counting prizes, confirming redemption point values, maintaining cleanliness of backrooms, notifying management of low supplies or game issues, and other duties to maintain arcade excellence.
