Position Summary

An Arcade Attendant at Andretti is responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring safety, and maintaining a fun environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, explaining game operations and safety guidelines, performing minor repairs, monitoring guest safety, and assisting with guest recovery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet visitors warmly and positively.
2. Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines confidently.
3. Manage redemption inventory and display fullness.
4. Perform minor game repairs and explain game operations.
5. Report errors to Game Techs and handle guest credits.
6. Provide energetic and urgent guest service.
7. Monitor guest safety and adherence to guidelines.
8. Assist guests to ensure positive experiences.
9. Stay informed about the brand, policies, and procedures.
10. Communicate professionally and enthusiastically.
11. Know emergency procedures.
12. Perform opening, running, and closing duties.
