Job summary

VENU+ in El Centro, CA, is seeking an Arcade Attendant to help our entertainment venue run smoothly. You will assist guests, manage games and prize centers, and maintain a friendly, safe atmosphere while handling cash transactions.

The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience preferred, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather. Strong communication, teamwork, and a can-do attitude are essential to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest interactions and delivering friendly service.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Cash handling and basic math accuracy are important.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with or willingness to learn arcade equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly atmosphere while assisting guests and providing product information.
• Handle cash transactions and monitor prize redemptions.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues with arcade games and equipment.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of arcade machines, prize machines, and related gear.
• Monitor safety regulations and keep the area around the arcade clean and organized.
