Job description

Please note you MUST hold a High School Diploma or GED to apply. Open availability, especially opening and closing shifts, are preferred.

Essential Duties

• Engage customers during assigned shifts to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answer phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties

• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways in departmental work processes.
• Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment

• Work in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity are expected.
• Noise level is usually loud.

Physical Demands

• Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during busy times; handle and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
