Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in Lincoln, NE is seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to join our bowling center, arcade, and entertainment team. You will engage customers, maintain clean games and counters, and provide courteous service during open availability.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail. You’ll answer inquiries, assist with merchandise and events, and help create a fun, safe environment with responsive, polite communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

Open availability, especially opening and closing shifts, are preferred.

Essential Duties:

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
