Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a part-time Game Room Attendant in Somerville to greet guests, help with gameplay and payments, and promote our center’s bowling, billiards, and dining options. You will ensure games run smoothly and assist guests with any issues, while keeping the arcade area clean and organized. Evening and night shifts available.

Prior guest-service experience is valued, along with strong teamwork and reliable communication to support a fun, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests with playing and paying for games.
• Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade's redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
