Round1 Entertainment Inc. in Exton, PA is seeking an enthusiastic Arcade/Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly help, engage guests, and support daily operations in a busy arcade, bowling, and karaoke environment.

You will handle inquiries, assist with game maintenance, inventory, and cleanliness, and participate in shifts that may include nights and weekends. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail are requested.

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or retail experience.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department.

Please note you MUST have a high school diploma or GED to apply. Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.

Essential Duties:

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.


• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.


• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.


• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.


• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.


• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.


• Conducts lost and found procedures by company policies.


• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.


• Complies with and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.


• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED.


• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.


• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.


• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.


• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
