Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. in Erie, PA is seeking an enthusiastic Arcade/Guest Services Associate to provide friendly customer service, assist guests with games, bowling, and karaoke, and help maintain a clean, inviting center.

You will handle check-ins, answer general inquiries, restock games, and support management on daily tasks, with emphasis on safety and hospitality. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior hospitality or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department.

Essential Duties

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters are clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond professionally and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control according to company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment preferred.

Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
