Job summary

KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for our Arby’s franchise location in New York. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver great guest experiences.

You will supervise crew, manage opening/closing, and prepare shift reports while upholding safety standards. We offer paid training, a free shift meal and employee discount, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, KBP Cares support, and a clear career path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
