KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager for an Arby’s restaurant within our growing network. You will lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, and available evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer paid training, benefits, PTO, meals, and opportunities for advancement.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.


• Must be 18 years old or older.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.00 per hour - $17.00 per hour.
