KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for our Arby’s location in Kissimmee, FL. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
