Job summary

Arby’s in Illinois is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, lead a team, and ensure high standards of service and food safety.

You will manage opening and closing procedures, handle cash, coach staff, and maintain a positive work environment while supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications
