What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR)

• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects. Stand and walk for the duration of shifts. Safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Shift Manager compensation is commensurate with experience and location. The exact amount will be discussed during the hiring process. The following are starting compensation ranges for new hires in various states and jurisdictions:

• Salary range: $13.00 to $21.40 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• Maryland: $17.00 to $19.00
