KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager for our Arby’s family location at 3826 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix. You will lead fast-paced operations, supervise team members, and ensure excellent guest service.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
