Job summary

Miracle Restaurant Group LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will deliver excellent guest service, manage shift operations, cash handling, and inventory while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include deployment chart management, ensuring speed of service, maintaining a positive attitude, and adhering to company policies. Candidates should be flexible for all shifts and committed to Miracle’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Provide excellent guest service at all times.
• Available for all shifts necessary for the position.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain shift control in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Manage deployment chart, cash, inventory and cleanliness.
• Meet or exceed speed of service standards and maintain high cleanliness and safety.
• Replenish and rotate supplies; keep lot, lobby, counters and restrooms clean.
• Operate per established performance standards and schedule; arrive on time.
• Perform other duties as directed by the manager and stay flexible.
