A Day in the Life:

• Manage profitability, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Coach and train team members.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and exceptional guest experience.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights/week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Starting range in Maryland: $55,000 - $60,000.
