Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and coaching to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly to provide a memorable dining experience.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address and resolve issues during your shift.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for entire shifts; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation:

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour, depending on location and experience. In Maryland, the range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
