The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Sales Arborist Representative Trainee in Rochester, MN. This outdoor role combines tree care sales with education for residential and commercial clients, including preparing estimates and growing health-care programs.

As part of a growing, employee-owned company, you will join a team that values safety, training, and field-office collaboration while advancing toward leadership responsibilities and industry certification goals.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience.
• Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist after hire within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
• Good people skills, self-motivated, computer proficient.
• Must complete extension courses on Tree Biology, Tree Pruning and Removal, and Plant Health Care.
• Preferred pesticides licenses/certificates if state law requires.

Responsibilities
