Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to grow our business by developing and maintaining long-term client relationships in the Monroe, CT area. You will visit client properties, assess tree/shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in tree care or sales, a valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills. ISA Certification is preferred, with support for certification.

Qualifications

• Meet with residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate tree/shrub care needs.
• Responsible for selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training within territory.
• Ensure safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships in the defined territory.
• Prepare and provide proposals using available tools and technologies.
• Supervise work to ensure contracts are fulfilled to client satisfaction.
