We are seeking experienced Plant Health Care Specialists who are ambitious self-starters passionate about preserving and caring for trees. This position focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and providing plant health care for trees and shrubs on commercial and residential properties.

Hands-on training will be provided by Bartlett's team of arborists. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil injection tools
• Communicating with clients about work performed
• Mixing and applying pesticides and fertilizers safely and according to regulations
• Maintaining and operating equipment and vehicles properly
• Completing accurate records and reports
• Safely driving a company vehicle between properties
• Working as part of a tree care crew under supervision during the off-season

Qualifications include:

• A passion for nature and the outdoors
• Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (we will cover the exam costs)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs
• Experience in tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture preferred but not required
• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related fields preferred but not required
