We provide hands-on training to ensure your success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil injection tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative
• Communicating with clients about work performed during site visits
• Mixing and applying pesticides and fertilizers safely and according to label instructions and laws
• Maintaining and operating equipment and vehicles properly
• Completing accurate records and reports daily
• Driving a company vehicle safely across multiple properties
• Working as part of a tree care crew under supervision during the off-season
• Demonstrating a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Passing a criminal background check
• Working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Obtaining a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (we cover exam costs and prep)
• Possessing a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Learning to identify regional trees and shrubs
• Having a degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related fields, or prior landscaping/horticulture experience (preferred but not required)
