Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Annville, PA to lead a tree care crew and perform all arboriculture tasks safely and efficiently. You will mentor teammates and ensure work meets industry and company standards.

You will supervise pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and operate equipment while maintaining a safety-first culture. A drive to develop skills and an enthusiasm for nature is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing with DdRT or SRT and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative with a positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising crews and ensuring each member is trained for assigned jobs.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships.
