As an Arborist Crew Leader, your responsibilities include:

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment maintenance
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
• Supervising and managing crews under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
• Training crew members for specific job assignments
• Ensuring work complies with industry and company standards
• Communicating effectively with clients and building relationships
• Demonstrating a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors

Minimum qualifications include:

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the industry
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
