Responsibilities as a Crew Foreperson:

• Lead a team, fostering a positive environment.
• Interpret work orders from the General Foreman or customer.
• Plan daily work considering various factors.
• Perform Pre-Job Hazard Surveys and assign tasks.
• Perform tree trimming, removal, and spraying duties.
• Climb trees and operate bucket trucks.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Remove debris and apply chemicals as needed.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in tree work around utility lines.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of trees and arboriculture techniques.
• Experience in climbing and knot tying.
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate equipment.
• Valid driver's license, CDL preferred.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
