Bartlett Tree Experts in Williamsburg, VA, seeks an Arborist Climber to join a professional outdoor tree care crew. The role focuses on tree climbing and assisting Crew Leaders with residential and commercial tree and shrub care services.

The position emphasizes safety, training, and career development, with opportunities to advance as you gain credentials and experience in arboriculture. Must work outdoors year-round and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year of tree climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience.
• Valid driver's license required (Class B CDL preferred).
• Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of assigned tasks.
• Safely carry out all arboriculture activities: pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies and contribute to a safety-first culture.
