Responsibilities include climbing, pruning, removals, and related tasks in outdoor settings. A valid driver's license and climbing experience are required, with Class B CDL preferred. This full-time position emphasizes safety and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Pass criminal background check is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree ID, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment; follow safety rules and company policies.
