Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in the Northern Neck, VA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. You will perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of assignments on residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of climbing experience (DdRT or SRT), a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties to support job assignments.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals.
• Cabling and bracing; root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Adhere to safety rules and company safety policies.
