Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Corvallis, OR is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. The role focuses on tree climbing and supporting Arborist Crew Leaders in residential and commercial properties.

You will perform ground, climbing and aerial lift duties, identify trees, assess risks, prune, removals, cabling, root collar work, and operate tools. Must have at least one year climbing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Climber role requiring direct field work in tree care.
• Experience with aerial lifts and climbing techniques preferred.
• Valid driver license or CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely perform pruning, removals, cabling/brace, root collar excavations, and identify trees; maintain tools/equipment.
• Learn and follow safety rules and company policies.
• Demonstrate passion for nature and outdoor work.
• Must have at least 1 year of tree climbing experience and (preferably) a Class B CDL.
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
