Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years in the tree care industry.
• Experience climbing using rope and saddling.
• CDL license within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect personal equipment daily (ropes, saddle, saws).
• Prune trees per ANSI A300 and NAA standards.
• Remove hazardous trees from parks and rights of way.
• Rig hazards using ropes, blocks, pulleys and rigging gear.
• Operate and inspect equipment (aerial lift, dump truck, chipper, etc.).
• Climb trees using rope and saddle at heights over 100 feet.
• Assist with pruning, storm cleanup, and special events.
