Job summary
Bartlett Tree Experts in Lake Barrington, IL is looking for an Arborist Climber to join the tree care crew. You will primarily climb trees and assist Crew Leaders in delivering services for residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the outdoors, and the environment.
- At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
- Safely perform all arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals.
- Cabling, bracing, root collar excavations, and operating tools and equipment safely.
- Learn and follow all safety rules and company safety policies.
