Bartlett Tree Experts is hiring an Arborist Climber in Hanover, MA. You will be a key member of a tree care crew, focusing on tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in delivering residential and commercial tree and shrub care services.

The role requires at least one year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Properly maintaining and operating tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies.
