The F. A. Bartlett Tree Expert Company is hiring an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew.

You will assist Crew Leaders and perform tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties, including climbing and aerial lift work, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Qualifications

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments as directed.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment and follow all safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities
