As an Arborist Climber, you will be an integral part of a tree care crew, primarily responsible for tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in providing tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties supporting specific job assignments under the direction of the Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
• Tree identification
• Tree risk assessments
• Pruning
• Removals
• Cabling and bracing
• Root collar excavations
• Proper maintenance and operation of tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts)
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company policies
• Demonstrating a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Having at least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
• Possessing a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
