As an Arborist Climber, you will be a key member of a tree care crew, primarily responsible for tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in providing tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties under the direction of the Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely executing all arboriculture tasks, including:
• Tree identification
• Tree risk assessments
• Pruning
• Removals
• Cabling and bracing
• Root collar excavations
• Proper maintenance and operation of tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts)
• Adhering to safety rules and company policies
• Having a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Possessing at least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
• Holding a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
