Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. You will assist Arborist Crew Leaders with climbing and field work on residential and commercial properties, performing ground and aerial lift duties, and ensuring safety-first execution.

You should have at least one year of climbing experience with DdRT or SRT, a valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred), and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely performing all arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.
• Demonstrate passion for nature and the outdoors.

As an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in
