Bartlett Tree Experts in Naples, FL is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. You will climb trees, assist Crew Leaders, and perform a range of arboricultural tasks on residential and commercial properties while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of job assignments as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including tree identification and risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Properly maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.
