Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is looking for an Arborist Climber in Orleans, MA to support our tree care crew with climbing and ground duties on residential and commercial properties.

You will assist Crew Leaders, perform pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and root collar work while following safety policies and demonstrating strong outdoor work ethic. Year-round outdoor conditions apply and professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Passion for nature and outdoor work.
• At least 1 year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in tree care.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company policies.

As an Arborist Climber, you will be an integral member of a tree care crew with the primary responsibility of tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in performing all tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

As an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in:

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader


• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
