Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber in Grand Rapids, MI. You will be a key member of our tree care crew, performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in service of residential and commercial properties. Safety and quality are our top priorities.

Responsibilities include pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and maintaining equipment while following all safety policies. A passion for nature and outdoor work is essential, with at least 1 year in tree climbing and

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and tool maintenance.
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies.
